Product Summary

Dedicated to dataline protection, the TPN3021RL provides a triple protection function. The TPN3021RL ensures the same protection capability with the same breakdown voltage both in common mode and in differential mode. With a stand-off voltage of 28V and a very low capacitance, the TPN3021RL is able to protecthigh-speed interfaces such as T1/E1 interface.
